Koozify is a brand operated by Phase Trade Co., Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong. Our production is based in Shenzhen, China, where we support bulk custom manufacturing for can coolers and other promotional products. We work mainly with customers who need logo-branded products for events, giveaways, and business use.
Where are your products made?
Our products are produced in Shenzhen, China. Koozify is operated by Phase Trade Co., Limited, registered in Hong Kong, and we work with factory-based manufacturing resources to support bulk custom orders, quality control, and order fulfillment.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our minimum order quantity is typically 50 or 100 pieces per design. The exact MOQ depends on the product type and printing process. Please contact us if you have a smaller quantity in mind — we're happy to advise.
Do you offer custom logo printing?
Yes! Simply place your order and upload your artwork. We'll send a free digital proof within 1–2 business days for your approval before production begins.
What if I'm not happy with the proof?
You can request unlimited revisions on your digital proof before we start production. We won't print until you approve.
What file formats do you accept for artwork?
We accept JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, and SVG files.
Can I order multiple designs in one order?
Each order supports 1 logo design. For multiple designs, please place separate orders or contact us at info@koozify.com.
What colors are available?
Our koozies are made from white base neoprene, which means we can print virtually any color or full-color design directly onto the surface — no color limitations. Simply include your artwork and we'll match it as closely as possible.
Our bottle opener keychains are available in 10 anodized colors: Red, Blue, Purple, Green, Orange, Black, Silver, Gold, Pink, and Cyan.
Will the printed colors match my logo exactly?
We use Pantone color references to achieve the most accurate results possible. However, please note that neoprene is an absorbent material, which may cause slight color variations compared to your original artwork. Our experienced print team will do their absolute best to reproduce your logo as faithfully as possible. We appreciate your understanding, and we're confident you'll love the final result.

Economy Bulk orders ship via sea freight for a lower per-unit cost. Ideal for non-urgent large volume orders.
