4. Custom Orders
For custom products, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, text, spelling, design layout, and order details before production begins.
Once artwork has been approved and production has started, the order cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded except in the case of verified manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or our error.
Minor differences in color, placement, size, stitching, finishing, or material appearance may occur due to production methods and are not considered defects.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, product description errors, or typographical mistakes at any time, including after an order has been submitted.
Payment must be received in full before production or shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Order Acceptance and Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion. This may include, but is not limited to, cases involving inaccurate pricing, suspected fraud, incomplete information, or product availability issues.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue a refund as appropriate.

Production time and shipping time are separate. Delivery estimates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carriers, weather, public holidays, supply shortages, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays, losses, or extra costs caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details.

Because many of our products are custom-made, custom items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or do not match the approved order specifications due to our error.
