Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Koozify. We specialize in custom neoprene can coolers and other personalized products. Because many of our items are made to order, shipping timelines may vary depending on order quantity, customization requirements, and destination.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Processing Time

Order processing includes order confirmation, artwork review, production preparation, and packaging.

For custom orders, production usually begins after artwork approval and payment confirmation.

Estimated production time for most custom orders is typically 7 to 15 business days, depending on product type, quantity, printing method, and seasonal workload.

For blank or non-customized items, processing time is usually shorter unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Time

Shipping time depends on the shipping method selected, destination, customs clearance, and carrier performance.

Estimated delivery times are for reference only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.

For standard express orders shipped to the contiguous U.S., total estimated delivery time is 18–28 business days from order confirmation (10–13 business days production + 8–15 business days shipping).

For economy bulk orders (500+ pcs) shipped to the contiguous U.S., total estimated delivery time is 6–8 weeks from order confirmation (10–13 business days production + 4–6 weeks economy shipping).

Typical shipping options may include express shipping, air shipping, or economy shipping solutions arranged based on the order quantity and destination.

The final delivery timeline may vary depending on destination and carrier service.

Production Time + Shipping Time

Please note that total delivery time = production time + shipping time.

Production time and transit time are separate. A rush shipping method does not reduce production time unless a rush production service has also been confirmed.

Split Shipments

In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages or at different times, especially for large quantities, mixed products, or items with different production schedules.

Shipping Fees

For orders shipped to the contiguous United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other U.S. territories or areas not supported by our logistics carrier), Free Shipping is included and no additional shipping charges will be added at checkout.

For orders shipped to Canada or to other destinations separately confirmed by our team, shipping fees may apply and will be calculated based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and order quantity. Any applicable shipping charges will be confirmed before order fulfillment.

Customs Duties, Taxes, and Import Charges

For orders shipped to the contiguous United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other U.S. territories or areas not supported by our logistics carrier), all duties and taxes are included in the price (DDP — Delivered Duty Paid). No additional customs fees or import charges should be due upon delivery.

For orders shipped to Canada or to U.S. territories not listed above, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other destination-related charges may apply depending on local regulations. Unless otherwise clearly agreed in writing, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Koozify is not responsible for delays, holds, or extra charges caused by customs authorities.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address, contact name, and phone number are complete and accurate before submitting your order.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or extra costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If a shipment is returned to us due to an address issue, refusal, or failed delivery caused by the customer, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

P.O. Boxes and Remote Areas

Some shipping methods may not support delivery to P.O. Boxes or remote areas. Additional charges or delivery limitations may apply depending on the destination.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated production and shipping timelines, delays may occur due to high order volume, artwork approval delays, material shortages, carrier disruptions, customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Koozify is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

Tracking Information

When tracking information is available, we will provide it after the order has been shipped.

Please note that tracking updates may take time to appear depending on the carrier and shipping method.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or, for missing parcels, within 7 days of the latest tracking update.

Please provide your order number, clear photos of the package and products if applicable, photos of the shipping label, and a brief explanation of the issue.

We will review the case and assist in working with the carrier where applicable. Solutions may include a replacement, remake, partial refund, or other appropriate resolution depending on the specific situation.
