Yes. Different colors can be combined in one order. For different artwork designs, the minimum is generally 100 pieces per design. For example, a 250-piece order can include up to two different designs.

Yes. You can use the same artwork on both sides or different artwork on the front and back. The final front and back layout will be shown in your digital proof before production.

Once the proof is approved and production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible because the order is custom-made. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible so we can check the production status.

If your custom order does not match the approved proof because of a confirmed Koozify production error, we’ll remake the affected items for free. In most confirmed cases, the defective items do not need to be returned.
